We are a supervision practice for LPC-Associates and LMFT-Associates located in Austin,TX. We pride ourselves on providing excellent clinical supervision for post-graduates across Texas!
The opportunity to provide clinical supervision to professionals during their provisional licensure experience is one that we hold in the highest regard. During these pivotal years of training and development, we aim to provide a space for Associates to feel safe, encouraged, and inspired.
About Us
Lora Ferguson, LPC-S
Lora is the Founder and Co-Director of Austin Family Counseling, a group counseling practice in Austin, Texas. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Board-Approved Supervisor by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. In her counseling practice, Lora specializes in supporting adolescents, young adults, and families. She has been providing clinical supervision since 2010, and managing interns, volunteers, and employees in various settings since 2003.

Supervision Fees and Structure
Lora provides weekly supervision meetings for associates, alternating between group supervision and individual meetings. Individual meetings are conducted 1:1 and not in pairs. Supervision meetings may be held virtually or in-person.
Lora’s supervision group meets on Wednesdays 10:00am – 11:30am. Individual supervision meetings are usually held on Mondays or Wednesdays. Her monthly fee for supervision is $400.
